1.Hydraulic rotary clamshell bucket need to install spare valve and bidirectional foot valve in excavator cab.

2.Install additional hydraulic lines on both sides of boom and arm, which will be used to conect and control hydraulic rotary clamshell bucket by hoses.

3.All the bosses and pin should be greased before installation.

4.Use the pins to intall the hydraulic rotary clamshell bucket, connect the clamshell bucket cylinder and rotary motor lines by hoses.

Hydraulic Rotary Clamshell bucket including standard type and rock type, standard type clamshell bucket tooth plate is made of Q355B,which suitable for sand, soil and coal grab and other light duty load operation,rock type clamshell bucket tooth plate is made of HARDOX or other high hardness plate(material can be selected), suitable for small gravel, stone loading. Hydraulic rotary clamshell bucket can be used for 360° rotation.

1.Grease the movable pins of hydraulic rotary clamshell bucket after every four-hour continue working. 

Lubricate pins before working everyday.

2.Tighten it once find oil tube dripping.Replace the hose if it's broken and check the connection column regularly for cracks. The key position is at the support lug.

1.Hydraulic Rotary clamshell bucket should be used in strict accordance with the purpose and working environment specified in the order. It is strictly prohibited to hit, smash or impact with hard objects.
