For this order,the customer needs a 16m long reach boom / super long front reinforced type,at the beginning, we suggest to fit with a 1.2m3 bucket when making offer, but customer think his working condition is easy for digging and not tough, and he wants to work more efficiently, so he requires to fit with a bigger cleaning bucket,and to ensure balance of excavator, customer also asks us to make an additional counterweight for him to install on his EC380 excavator.
