Installation instructions
1. Hydraulic quick hitch need install one set of hydraulic pipeline. For mechanical quick hitch, please skip this step.
2. Fix electromagnetic directional valve onto the excavator, connect with 24V DC. Connect hoses to quick hitch, to pilot oil line which under cabin, to the hydraulic steel pipes of boom and arm.
3. Grease before install the pin into pivots.
Application
Applied to quick exchange excavator attachment such as buckets, rippers, breaker,etc. Use material of high hardness. There are mechanical quick hitch and hydraulic quick, Generally mechanical quick hitch is used for excavator under 25 tonnage. Hydraulic quick hitch is usually use for excavators above 5 tonnage, pilot operated check valve equipped inside to ensure safety.
Maintenance
Check regularly to see if oil leak from the pipe connector or not, tighten it once find oil leak. Seal the pipe connector well when the hitch taken town and unused. Check pilot operated check valve to see if it’s broken or not once find hitch can’t clamp attachment tight enough, replace it or the cyldiner. Check the bracket side plate and movable jaw plate regularly to see if there is any cracks, repair it once abnormalities found.
