Hydraulic Rotary Orange Peel Grab Installation Instructions
1.Hydraulic rotary orange peel grab need to install throttle, spare valve, foot valve and its
associated piping
2.Install additional hydraulic lines on both sides of boom and arm, one set of line on boom, two set of lines
on Arm
3.All the bosses and pin holes should be greased before installation.
4.Before using the rotary grab, adjust the throttle valve which connected to the rotary motor first, adjust the flow rate of throttle valve to the minimum at first, then increase the flow rate gradually until the speed of rotation of the clamp is caught up to standard specification(10-15rpm)
Note: Too fast rotating speed of the grab will increase the risk of damage to the rotary support and rotary motor.
Application
Grab and load scrap steel, stone, construction waste and household waste.
Operating temperature：-20℃~+50℃

Maintenance
1.Grease the pins of grab after every four-hour continue working.
Fill lubrication oil before working everyday.
2.Tubing damaged should be replaced immediately, loose pipe joints
should be tightened immediately
Cautions
1.Hydraulic rotary orange peel grab must be installed with match excavator,work under ultra-high temperature environment such as close to boiler is prohibited,And comply with the relevant provisions of the excavator operation
2.The captured material can not be more than 1.2
meters in length, The grab weight can not exceed the corresponding
model allows the load, Otherwise, easily lead to excessive distortion
grab, and the damage to the fuel tank and the overall structure
3.Please obey the Relevant Regulations of Excavator Operation.
